- Order Processing: We ensure all orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days. Before dispatch, our quality control team meticulously checks every item to ensure you receive a perfect product.
- International Shipping: Once shipped, please allow an estimated 7-15 business days for delivery to Abu Dhabi. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. However, for the health and safety of all our customers, please note these important conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Most importantly: Items cannot be returned or exchanged once the internal protective packaging (e.g., plastic seal bag) has been opened. This is because loungewear is considered personal apparel. To ensure hygiene and safety, we cannot resell an item once its inner packaging is tampered with.
- Cost Responsibility: Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. While we cover the initial shipping cost to you, the cost to return the item to us and to re-ship a new item (for exchanges) must be paid by the customer.
